Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Operator in the heart of Aberdeen! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment love the challenge of meeting targets and possess a do it now & can-do attitude we want you on board.
As a Manufacturing Operator youll experience a workplace where no two days are the same. Embrace the opportunity for creativity as you work with a variety of parts. Based in our Aberdeen workshop youll report to the Shift Team Leader taking on the responsibility of preparing materials equipment and producing top-quality rubber and plastic moulded products to specification and target.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is desired.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (5S) is advantageous.
- Previous manual handling experience.
- Ability to work on your initiative.
- Desire to learn and grow.
Dont worry if youre not an expert yet; we provide a comprehensive 5-week training program from day one. Be ready to work shifts on a three-shift rotation pattern (6 am 2 pm 2 pm 10 pm & 10 pm 6 am) rotating each week.
