Join Unitings Training & Capacity Building Team in a senior leadership role supporting mentoring and developing facilitators with lived/living experience in Mental Health and AOD.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the facilitator team fostering a strong positive team culture
Oversee the delivery and development of lived experience training programs
Coach trainers in best practice co-facilitation and skill development
Ensure safe high-quality training delivery (online and in-person)
Work closely with Voices Vic and AOD facilitators on key training programs including Hearing Voices and Consumer Education

Your skills and experience

Were seeking a skilled professional with both formal training and lived experience to lead and support Lived and Living Experience Workforce (LLEW) training in Mental Health and AOD.

  • Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work or Training and Assessment
  • OR tertiary qualifications in Psychology Social Work Psychiatric Nursing Youth Work or Allied Health
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
  • Experience managing LLEW staff and working in a lived experience team
  • Skilled in training facilitators and managing training staff
  • Solid understanding of the Mental Health and/or AOD system
  • Strong collaboration and networking skills with health services
