Brandt is in an exciting growth phase and looking for a talented individual to join our Ballarat Head Office team as a Wholegoods Inventory Coordinator.

About the Role:

In this position you will oversee and coordinate all activities related to complete goods ordering. This includes placing orders communicating equipment availability and assisting with inventory management tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Place and manage orders for stock and retailed equipment from John Deere and other suppliers.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely updates of equipment information in relevant systems.
  • Oversee stocktake processes and provide training as needed.
  • Regularly communicate equipment availability and order status to the Sales team.
  • Address inventory inquiries and coordinate internal equipment transfers with branch locations.
  • Liaise with transport and shipping agents for equipment import and delivery.
  • Compile sales history for inventory forecasting and assist with annual budgeting processes.
  • Promote a respectful and accountable workplace aligned with organizational values.
  • Other duties as required

About you:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a solid background in administration and a passion for the agricultural industry. You will possess strong communication skills and are proficient in Excel enabling them to manage inventory and purchasing processes effectively. With experience in inventory management systems they can ensure accuracy and consistency in their work while also being flexible with travel requirements.

  • Knowledge of agricultural equipment preferred
  • 2 years of administration experience
  • Basic understanding of purchasing processes
  • Intermediate level excel skills are essential
  • Travel:
  • Requirement to work 3 days per month from Ballarat Share Resources Office
  • Additional requirement to travel to other branch locations may be required from time to time
