Job Description
Klick Lewis Chevrolet is seeking a friendly professional and highly organized Receptionist/BDC Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Answer dealership incoming calls and greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner
Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member
Notify team members of walk-in guests and introduce customers to sales staff as needed
Schedule and confirm sales appointments and follow-up calls
Maintain customer records and assist with inbound/outbound BDC communications
Work cooperatively with sales and internal departments to support dealership operations
Maintain a professional front-desk area and provide light administrative support
Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and listening skills
Outgoing friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and fast-paced work environment
Punctual dependable and detail-oriented
Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Willingness to learn and grow with the dealership
