We are looking for a passionate Senior Bar Supervisor to join our wonderful team at London Marriott Hotel County Hall and our awarded Gillrays Steakhouse & Bar.

The impact youll make
As our Senior Bar Supervisor youll make sure you know every drink on the menu so you can make recommendations and answer any questions guests may have. Youll make sure that your team is ready to serve ordered quickly efficiently and with a smile - and if there are any issues youll deal with them right away. Thanks to you our guests will feel special and wanting to come back for more.
What youll do
- Be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar
- Be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of wines cocktails and specialty drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well
- Be expected to enjoy engaging with guests getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs
What were looking for
- A warm people-oriented demeanor
- Strong Communication skills (verbal listening writing)

- Pro-active and reliable
- Able to work alone and within a team
- Supervisory skills
This role also requires the ability to move and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. In addition youll need to be able to reach overhead and below your knees including bending twisting pulling and stooping and move over uneven or sloping surfaces. Prior to employment well ask you to complete safety training and certification.
