This role is with a fast-growing company revolutionizing the eyewear industry through customizable affordable and fun frames. With exceptionally high customer retention and a loyal customer base the company is expanding into the B2B wholesale eyewear space targeting thousands of independent optical practices across the country. This is your chance to be part of a product-led high-growth business redefining how eyewear is sold and experienced.
We re seeking our first Inside Account Executive to help launch and scale the company s B2B wholesale channel. This is a hybrid role that combines sales account management and business development perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants real ownership.
You ll be a cornerstone member of the go-to-market team partnering with leadership to define outbound strategies manage a portfolio of accounts and co-create systems and playbooks that can scale to thousands of clients.
Own and grow a portfolio of independent B2B accounts (optometrists opticians and ophthalmologists)
Build strong virtual relationships with clients driving performance retention and upsell opportunities
Design and execute outreach strategies via telesales email and digital engagement
Develop and manage an inside sales cycle based on customer value and growth potential
Establish KPIs dashboards and scalable account management processes
Partner with marketing and operations to align offers and campaigns with account needs
Gather feedback from clients to inform product and operational improvements
Assist in onboarding and training support roles (SDRs lead researchers outbound reps)
Help manage product returns and warranty inquiries in a professional manner
Collaborate with leadership to shape scalable sales and support frameworks
3 6 years of experience in sales account management or business development
Background in B2B sales targeting small businesses or independent professionals
Comfortable working in D2C-adjacent industries (optical dental veterinary pharma healthcare)
Proven success in hitting targets and managing account growth
Skilled in using digital tools CRM systems and virtual communication
Able to proactively support clients across marketing education and customer service
A clear confident communicator who builds trust quickly and solves problems effectively
Strategic thinker with experience in building or optimizing sales processes
Self-starter who s resourceful adaptable and thrives in early-stage environments
Experience in the optical dental or healthcare retail industries
Familiarity with CRM platforms telesales tools and lifecycle marketing strategies
Previous experience in startup or early GTM team environments
Be part of a high-retention product-led brand disrupting an outdated industry
Own a foundational role in a fast-scaling B2B channel
Work remotely with high autonomy and impact
Influence sales strategy and account operations from the ground up
