Job Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the individual developmental needs of preschool-age children.
- Foster a positive and safe learning environment for children to encourage exploration and creativity.
- Assess and monitor children s progress competencies and developmental milestones on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with parents and families to support childrens development and address individual needs.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized classroom environment that promotes learning.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.
- Prepare and oversee play-based activities and educational sessions that adhere to preschool standards.
- Partner with other staff to create and maintain a nurturing and inclusive community for children.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development or a related field.
- State certification or licensure for preschool education.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development theories and practices.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Passion for working with young children and fostering their developmental growth.
Desired Experience
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting.
- Experience in developing and implementing educational programs tailored to children s needs and interests.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with families children and colleagues.
