Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in Doral! This exciting position involves assisting customers at a uniform and footwear store and operating our Shoemobile to provide on-site service to police departments across Miami-Dade.
Position Details
- Location: Based in Doral with travel required to various locations a few times a week.
- Pay: $16 - $18/hour based on experience. 40 hrs full time.
- Schedule: Flexible availability required for store and mobile operations.
Tasks
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in our Doral store by assisting customers with uniform and footwear selections.
- Operate and drive the Shoemobile to scheduled locations.
- Assist customers on-site in choosing and fitting uniforms and footwear.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the Shoemobile is fully stocked.
- Handle transactions and payments using a POS system.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
Requirements
- Customer service experience is a must preferably in retail or a similar field.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving and operating a mobile store (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage inventory.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
