Job Description
Title: Business System Analyst
Location: Hybrid Overland Park KS
Duration: 12Months
Interview: Video
Roles and Responsibilities:
This BSA will provide additional capacity to our POs including testing bug triage story writing and assistance while implementing features for our clients.
Business requirements to tech requirements
Implementation of the modules by the clients
Gathering requirements from clients
Technical Skills:
Technical knowledge
Understanding of Agile
Data analysis and reporting capabilities
Finance and banking
SQL
Soft Skills:
Ability to understand processes
Critical Thinking
Good verbal and written communication abilities
Degrees/Certifications:
1-3 years in finance (or degree in finance)- nice
Bachelors Degree- required (Degree in computer Science is nice to have)
