This is a full-service locksmith company servicing all residential commercial and automotive issues in Toronto GTA and Hamilton.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone email chat) and provide accurate and helpful information.
- Assist customers in resolving issues answering questions and providing guidance on our products and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening to their concerns empathizing with their experiences and taking appropriate actions to address their needs.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries comments and actions taken.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies systems and processes to enhance customer support efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills to quickly and effectively resolve customer concerns.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing customer needs and evolving products.
- Patience empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and software.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of cars and automotive systems is a plus.
