Job Description

Overview: Our client is one of the world s leading organizations of independent assurance tax and advisory with a global network of 76000 people in member firms in 156 markets. With a strong presence across the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) consisting of operations in Barbados St Lucia Antigua Dominica St Lucia St Vincent & the Grenadines Grenada and St. Kitts they are rapidly becoming the Go-To Audit firms across the region. Due to increased demand for their services they are actively seeking to recruit Audit Managers to operate in their country of choice (depending on headcount) and join their exciting journey.

Full relocation packages available to successful applicants across the CARICOM regions and Non Caribbean nationals are also welcome to apply.

Duties & Responsibilities:


Demonstrate strong client relationship management by demonstrating industry specialization.

Participate in engagement leadership with ownership for engagement performance whilst maintaining technical specialties in focused area of the Firm.
Support partners and directors with actions that directly promote the firm s strategic goals.

Identify and analyze clients needs and proactively propose solutions via an integrated firm wide cross-selling process.

Identify opportunities to provide integrated service line solutions to current and prospective clients focusing on the growth of their business and expansion of the Firm s client base.

Apply the firms policies procedures methodologies and tools deliver on-the-job training and create an environment of information sharing with the work teams.

Build relationships with business and other key influences in the marketplace.

Participates in external industry or trade association activities that are relevant to practice areas.

Participates in target and proposal opportunities often in leadership capacity.

Ensures timely billings collections and receivables management.

Remains knowledgeable of internal policies and the AICPA/ACCA rules regulations and International Federation of Accountants Code of Ethics.

Stay abreast of leadership and professional matters of relevance ensuring engagement/project team members have access to individuals with audit tax and advisory skills.

Is accessible and provides a service that consistently exceeds the client s expectations.

Coaches and mentors other staff by including them in opportunities for growth and learning.

Serves as a role model by participating in training activities and ensures employees can participate.

Manages profitability by aiding in the development of a realistic budget developing and executing pricing and realization models monitoring and communicating budgets to actual/real time and performing billing and collection activities timely.

Spend time based on client sites to help build relationships with key stakeholders.



Requirements

Bachelor s degree in accounting or related field and a CPA license ACCA license or other suitable equivalent in good standing.
