Position Overview
We re looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding team in Durham. In this role you will design and oversee individualized treatment plans guide behavior technicians and partner with families. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct caregiver coaching to support skill development and promote generalization across settings
- Track and uphold billable hour standards for both your caseload and your team
- Provide direct services and supervision where appropriate
- Review treatment data and documentation to ensure completeness and compliance
- Lead clinical team meetings and provide supervision for BTs RBTs and ABA trainees
- Support staff development through mentoring training sessions and continuing education
- Complete functional behavior assessments and write clinical documentation within designated timelines
- Partner with families to align treatment goals and coordinate care strategies
- Take part in organization-wide clinical initiatives and promote best practices
- Uphold exceptional clinical standards while adhering to the BACB Code of Ethics
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification (in accordance with BACB requirements)
- Master s degree in Behavior Analysis or a closely related field
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental delays
- Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
