Pay: $24$27/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: MondaySaturday 6:00 AM6:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedTube Welderto join our team in Sand Springs. This position involves welding thin-walled metal tubes and pipes with TIG and MIG techniques ensuring all welds meet industry standards for quality and precision. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail a commitment to safety and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG and MIG welding on thin-walled metal tubes and pipes including stainless steel and carbon steel.
- Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and welding specifications to determine proper procedures and materials.
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with tolerances.
- Set up adjust and maintain welding equipment including welders torches and grinders.
- Follow safety protocols wear appropriate protective gear and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct pre-weld and post-weld inspections to identify and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed including materials used and project progress.
- Troubleshoot welding issues and work with supervisors to implement solutions.
- Stay current on advancements in welding techniques and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tube Welder or in a similar role.
- Welding certification (e.g. AWS CWB) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques materials and equipment.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints technical drawings and welding symbols.
- High attention to detail and ability to produce quality welds.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and proper equipment handling.
- Physical stamina to handle materials and work in various positions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of quality.
Welding Test Requirements:
- Stick Test
- Sub Arc Test on thick plate 18 long
