We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our team in Toledo OH. This role is ideal for a professional with strong verbal and written communication skills capable of managing internal and external messaging across multiple channels. You will play a key role in ensuring the consistency and effectiveness of our brand communication strategies.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing communication strategies aligned with company goals
Draft edit and proofread internal and external communications including press releases newsletters and memos
Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate and timely messaging
Monitor communication metrics and prepare regular reports
Support event planning and public relations activities
Respond to inquiries from stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
Maintain company messaging guidelines and branding consistency
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 13 years of experience in a communications or related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with communication tools is a plus
