- Define and execute full-cycle recruitment process for multiple locations in 5 states (approximately 300 employees).
- Collaborate with team members and business leaders developing creative sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines.
- Lead college career fairs; including collateral logistics booth setup and staffing.
- Identify target organizations user groups or professional associations to proactively source qualified candidates.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication.
- Creatively partner with marketing on employment branding initiatives.
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Track recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.
Qualifications :
- BS degree and SHRM certified professional preferred.
- 5 years recruiting experience desired.
- Demonstrated knowledge in using sourcing tools to proactively build candidate pipelines.
- Outstanding skills in communication networking ability to promote firm and negotiate opportunities.
- Advanced user with Microsoft Office products.
- Positive teamwork orientation; strong organizational skills; high attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
