Your Influential Mission: You Will
- Prepare and maintain monthly quarterly and annual HR reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Support Compensation & Benefits processes retention initiatives and equity-related reporting.
- Collaborate with local P&C teams and global stakeholders to collect validate and manage HR data.
- Manage HRIS/HRAT tasks including data uploads audits and issue resolution via Jira.
- Contribute to key HR projects such as succession planning pay gap analysis and long service awards.
- Assist with onboarding training assignments and system access for new HRIS users.
- Ensure compliance with internal data sensitivity and privacy standards.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks like creating organizational charts and diagrams.
Qualifications :
Components for Success: You
- Bring 24 years of experience in HR operations people analytics or a similar role.
- Have strong Excel and data handling skills; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Are fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Have experience working in a fast-paced international environment.

- A solid understanding of HR metrics and analytics.
