We are looking for a commercially driven and analytically minded professional to join our team as a key player in renewable energy origination and portfolio management. In this role you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with counterparties by showing presence actively in the field structuring non-standard transactions and optimizing power contracts across their lifecycle. You will work at the core of our commercial activitiescontributing to aggregation operations pricing strategies and ensuring effective risk and portfolio management.

Job description: 

• Build develop and manage a portfolio of counterparties primarily renewable producers wholesale counterparties and suppliers representing MET in the market through active field presence.
• Support origination and contracting processes under aggregation management
• Contribute to pricings
• Structure new non-standard transactions ensuring alignment with the companys risk appetite and support capabilities.
• Manage and optimize contracts throughout their lifecycle
• Develop business cases and commercial development strategies
• Provide support and contribution to ensure smooth deal and product onboarding.
• Handle ETRM (Energy Trading & Risk Management) bookings
• Engage in portfolio management activities to hedge exposure mitigate risks and optimize the value of the electricity
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements 

Qualifications :

• 3 years of professional experience in Turkish power market
• Must be open to frequent travel and have no travel limitations
• Understanding of Turkeys power market regulations and experience with aggregation
• Experience in algorithmic intraday optimization programs
• Proven ability to engage clients and explain complex structured products clearly.
• Strong analytical sales negotiation and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneural mindset with a structured and strategic approach
• Structured solution orientated and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Fluent in English and Turkish language skills
