Job Description
Lead and grow a transactional finance team (from 20 to 50 FTEs) covering functions such as P2P AP R2R GL O2C invoicing and banking.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions maintaining high service delivery standards.
Drive process improvement and ERP consolidation to support organizational growth and complexity.
Integrate controlling and process roles into the SSC fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
Manage stakeholder relationships ensure compliance and deliver regular KPI and performance reporting.
Qualifications :
Strong expertise in transactional finance processes (P2P AP R2R GL O2C Invoicing Bank bookings).
Proven leadership experience including team development mentoring and managing through growth.
Track record of process improvement and automation within finance operations.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with a collaborative customer-focused mindset.
Proficient in ERP/accounting systems adaptable proactive and compliance-oriented.
