Position: Billing Admin.
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
Location: Remote/ Hybrid (may be required to go to the office periodically)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with some flexibility
LaJoy Group Inc. is seeking a qualified and motivated person to join our team as a Billing Admin. to work with a growing (and amazing) team. The focus of this position is to conduct data entry from paper to software and perform ongoing audits.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Billing: Process billing based on approvals and timesheets. Data entry into spreadsheets or appropriate software. Ensure billing is completed accurately and timely.
Customer Service: First point of contact for clients related to billing.
Administrative: Assist with audits mailings ongoing documentation and paper/electronic filing.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous payroll billing or accounting experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and other Office Applications.
Strong organizational and administrative skills able to multi-task and stay cool under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to relate to internal and external customers and clients alike at all levels.
Previous experience working with a vulnerable population or customers preferred.
