Job Description
Park Avenue Group is pleased to partner with a nearly $900 million Florida based credit union in their search for a strategic and driven Vice President of Business Services to lead business banking growth. This role is responsible for setting direction developing strategies and leading a team focused on acquiring and expanding business relationships ensuring regulatory compliance and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business development strategy and execution
Build and manage a high-performing team of business developers
Identify market opportunities and drive growth in business banking
Develop KPIs and monitor team performance
Cultivate relationships through networking partnerships and COIs
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless client service
Analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies
Qualifications:
Proven leadership in business banking or commercial services
Strong relationship-building strategic thinking and team development skills
Experience with business lending and regulatory compliance
