The ideal candidate for this position will have previous hands-on culinary leadership experience as well as a positive attitude who can take responsibility/initiative when it comes to resolving issues!Prior union and hotel experience is highly this role you will help oversee a team of around 10-15 people for outlet operations leading the main kitchen.

What will I be doing
As Chef de Cuisine you would be responsible for assisting with the direction and oversight of all culinary operations in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically a Chef de Cuisine would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
