Shift: 2nd Monday - Friday 3pm - 11pm
Job Summary and Mission:
Responsible for daily set-up maintenance operations and running of an EP 30 Pressing Machine presses that are NC (numerical controlled) with robotics attached to them.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Working in a team environment safely operating complex production equipment and tools in the manufacture and packaging of various products.
- Following blueprints guidelines diagrams and schematics to ensure product and customer specifications and tolerance levels are met.
- Executing equipment calibration preventive maintenance troubleshooting and sustained production.
- Modify existing equipment and help design new equipment for continual manufacturing process improvement providing quality control and in-process production testing.
Required Experience:
- High school diploma or general equivalent diploma.
- Physical requirements: Carrying/Lifting standing walking pushing/pulling

- Manufacturing Safety Knowledge of methods accepted practices considerations and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing safety.
- Robotics/Computer Controlled Machinery Knowledge of robotics technologies and computer applications; ability to implement and operate them in an automated manufacturing environment.
- SPC (Statistical Process Controls) Knowledge of the concepts methods tools and objectives of statistical process controls.
