- Ability to read schematics and technical documents
- Ability to follow and develop procedures

- Ability to solder both through-hole and SMT
- Capabilities using oscilloscopes DMM function generators spectrum analyzers and other test equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot to the component level (ICs caps diodes resistors etc.)
- Test fixture development
