- Maintenance of customer vehicles troubleshooting and rectification with the support of SBC
- Continuing contact with customers and authorised workshops in the assigned area
- Cooperating and coordinating with different departments in Solaris (escpecially with Service Warranty Spare Parts)
- Coordinating and operating the entire vehicle repair process
- Reporting to the internal departments to improve the quality of SOLARIS products through designated systems (eSNote)
- Further development of theoretical and practical knowledge through participation in training courses seminars and trade fairs.
Qualifications :
- Min. 3 years of experience in commercial vehicle / bus repair or heavy vehicle repair
- Experience and / or ability to work closely with customers
- Technical education background
- German on B2/C1 level is must have good command of English would be a huge advantage
- Good MS Office skills (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Willingness to travel
- Team player with good communication skills
