Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Reporting Analyst to join our Sales Intelligence team. This individual will play a critical role in managing our data sources related to the Western Canadian market and collaborating with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) to provide actionable insights and answers to their data-related inquiries. A passion for the beverage industry particularly with Labatt is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all Western Canadian data sources related to sales distribution and market performance for Labatt brands.
- Create and maintain all external cross-references for Western Canadian Market
- Collaborate closely with RVPs to address specific questions about data trends market insights and operational performance.
- Assist in the development of dashboards and tools that facilitate data-driven decision-making across the sales organization.
- Stay current with industry trends market changes and competitor activities in the consumer-packaged goods sector focusing on beer distribution in Western Canada.
Skills/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business data analytics or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in data analysis reporting or a similar role preferably within the consumer-packaged goods industry.
- Work well independently with limited supervision and with tight timelines.
- High attention to details / accuracy.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerBI is a must.
- Experience in data management and related tools (Kalido SAP IBM InfoSphere).
- Ability to lead large amounts of data and leverage technology to deliver insights.
- Ability to work in an environment of tight deadlines and to consistently challenge and be challenged on performance results.
