Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager Applications & Endpoint Services to lead our growing team responsible for enterprise applications and endpoint management. This person will play a critical role in managing and supporting systems like Microsoft 365 Intune Okta and Azure AD Beyond Trust PAM while building standards for endpoint patching configuration baselines and application lifecycle governance. Reporting to the Director of Global IT this position will be responsible for team development cross-departmental collaboration and driving strategic IT initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a growing team of application and systems specialists across multiple time zones
Develop a comprehensive plan to inventory classify and manage all enterprise applications
Oversee endpoint compliance patching and configuration baseline standards
Automate workflows and integrations between enterprise apps (e.g. M365 AAD Beyond Trust PAM and remote support)
Partner with the Helpdesk to create and maintain detailed knowledge base (KB) articles
Audit application access levels using least privilege principles
Serve as the technical escalation point for enterprise app and endpoint issues
Coordinate closely with global infrastructure helpdesk and enterprise architecture teams
Ensure technical readiness and supportability of approved applications
Collaborate on software license tracking and optimization efforts
Provide performance metrics and data-driven analysis to IT leadership
Foster an inclusive growth-oriented team culture
Support domestic and international travel as required to support the business
Preferred Experience and Skills:
5 years in enterprise IT with direct experience in systems SaaS or endpoint management
Demonstrated success managing a technical team
Deep experience with Microsoft 365 Intune Azure AD and Okta
Experience writing PowerShell scripts and automating workflows
Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems and Salesforce (nice to have)
Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
Strong documentation communication and analytical skills
Work Location:
This position is based on-site in Louisville - KY with flexibility for occasional hybrid work.
Travel Requirements:
Domestic and international travel required.
