Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree and two years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Experience with PeopleAdmin
  • Experience with OneUSG
  • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

This position is responsible for coordinating human resource activities for the Deans Office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Coordinate the Faculty Structured Review and Annual Review and Triennial Review Processes via Interfolio.
  • Coordinate the Faculty Search Process via PeopleAdmin.
  • Coordinate the Faculty Summer Payroll Process.
  • Coordinate Digital Measures access for CEHD faculty and temporary department proxies.
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
