Daily Operations IT Support provided by our Team
- Diagnosing and resolving end-user technical issues in a corporate environment.
- Providing 1st line support for hardware software and office IT issues.
- Supporting local conference rooms and ensuring AV equipment is functioning correctly.
- Handling user onboarding and offboarding tasks (hardware preparation account setup).
- Creating and maintaining accurate documentation of incidents changes and assets.
- Escalating complex issues to 2nd and 3rd level support teams and cooperation with them during resolution.
- Working with centralized/global IT support teams for issue escalation and coordination.
Technical Skills we are looking for
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware (installation configuration and troubleshooting).
- Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint) and troubleshooting common issues.
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking concepts and troubleshooting (e.g. IP configuration cabling switches Wi-Fi).
- Ability to install configure and maintain peripheral devices (printers scanners docking stations etc.).
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Degree diploma or certification in IT Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) this can also be in progress.
- 02 years of experience in IT support helpdesk or similar roles.
- Relevant certifications are an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate ITIL Foundation).
- Good knowledge of English (written and verbal) minimum B2 level required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Positive proactive and customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support requests.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
