What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree and/or 3 years of professional experience in customer-facing or operations role in reporting management.
- Proven customer management skills with a strong customer service orientation (desire to help others).
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
Wed love to see:
- A proven understanding of the operations function with previous experience in banking retail credit or consumer credit reporting industries considered an asset.
- The ability to multi-task and handle high volumes of small projects simultaneously
- Previous experience with Salesforce and/or Metro 2 credit reporting a high level of computer literacy and excellent analytical skills.
Impact Youll Make:
- The role is expected to become a subject matter expert of a highly accomplished credit reporting support team that will play a key part in helping the team ensure data quality and adherence to industry guidelines for external stakeholders.
