A bit about the job:
As the Assurance and Capability Lead for UK GI (General Insurance) Claims at Aviva you will play a pivotal role in identifying and remediating issues through quality assurance conducting capability gap analyses and evolving our Claims Academy design. You will lead a team dedicated to driving continuous improvement and ensuring robust reporting mechanisms. This role is essential in building the right capability for the future and delivering better outcomes for our customers.
