About Anon
Anon is building the identity layer for the automated internet.
Our developer toolkit enables AI agents to securely integrate with any service or application on behalf of users powering the next generation of AI applications. About the Role
As BizOps Lead at Anon youll shape our business operations and strategy while working closely with the co-founders. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution as you build and scale critical business functions during a period of rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Process Excellence
Own critical business functions including Finance HR Recruiting Legal and Operations
Develop and implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency
Manage essential operations like payroll expenses contracts and compliance
Build infrastructure and processes that enable company growth
Support BD/Growth function with material creation and deal support.
Strategic Leadership & Analytics
Partner with founders on company strategy and operational decisions
Drive data-informed decision making through robust metrics and KPIs
Lead strategic initiatives and special projects across the organization
Develop and maintain key business reporting across functions
Cross-functional Impact
Work closely with Product and Growth teams on company-wide initiatives
Support business development processes with material creation sourcing etc.
Drive operational excellence across departments
Champion efficient collaboration between business and technical teams
What Were Looking For
2-4 years experience in as a founder or early employee at a startup; we will also consider management consulting or investment banking
Track record of ownership and execution in fast-paced environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication
Proficiency with modern tools (Linear Notion Google Sheets)
Experience with AI tools and platforms
Willingness to work night and weekends with a high-commitment attitude
Startup or founder experience highly valued
