We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in Colorado. This is a hybrid position that offers the flexibility to work from home and in-person allowing you to balance personal and professional responsibilities effectively.
Job Description:
As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our practice you will be responsible for:
- Conducting individual and group therapy sessions with clients dealing with various mental health issues.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.
- Collaborating with other mental health professionals to provide holistic care to clients.
- Maintaining detailed and confidential client records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Engaging in continuous education to stay informed about best practices in counseling.
- Providing crisis intervention as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current LPC license in Colorado.
- Masters degree in counseling or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferably in a diverse practice setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ethical practice and continuing education.
