Job Description
Blue Hill Montessori School(BHMS) is seeking a trained Guide for Primary for the 2025-2026 school year. We are looking for a self-directed highly motivated and open minded individual with a strong understanding of Montessori theory. At BHMS we honor the potential in every child nurturing a childs individual spirit to reveal itself through hands on exploration thereby creating a solid foundation for your childs life. We believe that every child is born with unique creative potential. Our mission is to assist children in their individual educational and developmental growth between the ages of 15 months and six years are looking for an experienced educator to join our team. Each teacher is expected to work collaboratively with all staff setting an example for students. Teachers also promote and encourage the emotional social and cognitive well-being of students while maintaining an authentic Montessori environment.
