No two days are the same! Youll take on a wide range of tasks from routine maintenance and inspections to troubleshooting and emergency repairs. Your problem-solving skills and technical expertise will keep our schools HVAC systems running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections maintenance and repairs on heating ventilation and air conditioning systems throughout the school.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and respond promptly to service requests.
- Ensure that all HVAC systems comply with safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs maintenance schedules and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and address any facility-related issues.
What Were Looking For:
- HVAC certification or relevant technical training.
- Experience in HVAC installation maintenance and repair.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Knowledge of building codes safety standards and HVAC system regulations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting climbing and working in various weather conditions.
