About the Role:
As a DevOps Engineer within our Professional Services team youll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between software development and infrastructure delivery for our enterprise clients. Youll architect resilient cloud-native environments streamline deployment pipelines and deliver tailored automation solutions that drive customer success at scale. This is a high-impact role for a technical expert who thrives on cross-functional collaboration continuous improvement and delivering value through infrastructure excellence.
A Day in The Life of Our DevOps Engineer:
- Build and continuously optimize CI/CD process and streamline automation effort for server provisioning and applications deployment
- Build a resilient and scalable service infrastructure to accommodate regions
- Deploy monitor and scale application services
- Have clear and solid relationship with software development departments
- Plan and document work and projects
- Mentor team members and drive knowledge sharing
- Participate in project management and on-going strategic planning
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Participate in an on-call rotating schedule
Who you are and what youll need for this position:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Significant cloud ops experience with AWS
- Understanding of securing cloud data and industry standards
- Passion to not only build great cloud infrastructure but a great product
- 8 years of experience in DevOps / SRE environment
- 8 years of experience of working with Linux and Windows systems
- Strong understanding and knowledge of cloud infrastructure components such as AWS (EC2 RDS S3 Storage Route53 and network appliances
- Hands-on experience architecting and securing cloud networking such as VPC peering subnet security groups
- Working knowledge of Jenkins GitLab or alternative CI systems
- Understanding of Active Directory DNS and Domain
- Familiarity with microservice architecture Docker Kubernetes

The salary range for this role is $190000 - $220000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements including but not limited to skill set years and depth of experience certifications and specific location.
