Education/Certification:
Two years of experience in School Food Service or related food service experience
Food Managers Certification (Serve Safe) - must posess or be able to obtain and pass the exam
Meet physical requirements - must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Proven leadership ability to supervise
Coordinate and produce all work within allotted time schedules
Proven ability to effectively communicate and get along with employees students and staff
Patient and calm demeanor with students and others
Experience:
General knowledge of basic accounting and reporting procedures in order to prepare food
Maintain daily records of lunch counts and income and food production records
Ability to count money and prepare bank deposits and time cards
