Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care between inpatient and outpatient Choose Beacon Impactful Work Help improve oncology patient outcomes in a supportive innovative environment. Collaborative Culture Work with a team that values trust respect integrity and Youll DoBuild professional relationships within the hospital to bridge the multidisciplinary care for patients in the hospital closely with a collaborating physician to improve the decision-making process for patients in the outpatient clinic. Conduct assessments interpret diagnostics and develop individualized treatment acute and long-term oncology care including treatment monitoring and patient in interdisciplinary rounds and mentor healthcare protocol development quality improvement and outcome tracking. What Were Looking ForEducation: MSN (preferred) & accredited NP program : 2 years in oncology nursing or comparable NP internship : Active RN & NP certification in Indiana with prescriptive authority (or within 6 months).Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP) certification or Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred to help maintain current Commission on Cancer individuals who have a passion and desire to take Oncology practices to the next : Strong clinical judgment EMR proficiency and excellent communication.
