The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Role Summary

  • Serve as the functional and technical subject-matter-expert and platform architect for ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance

Major Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and sustained support of multiple products.
  • Take ownership and collaborate with various process/function owners and SMEs across IT Security and other stakeholders to implement and enhance capabilities.
  • Solution design configuration/development testing and support of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance capabilities.
  • Design implement and support runbooks Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance processes and procedures.
  • Implement and support dashboard and reports.
  • Analyze existing security processes and workflows identifying areas for improvement consolidation and enhancements.
  • Engage in day-to-day operational support and continuous capability improvement.
  • Engage in on call support as needed.
  • Maintain adequate operational documentation and reporting.

Skills and Competencies

  • 8 years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture implementation administration configuration development integration support and continuous improvement.
  • 4 years of functional and technical experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response Vulnerability Response Configuration Compliance and Performance Analytics capabilities.
  • 4 years of technical experience with Discovery/CMDB.
  • 4 years of technical experience with ITSM GRC and IT Asset Management is preferred.
  • 2 years of technical experience with Flow Designer.
  • Technical experience with Service Portal (widgets server scripting client scripting CSS HTML Portal Configuration).
  • Technical experience with the implementation of performance analytics.
  • Technical experience with the implementation of third-party integrations (Qualys Tanium Veracode) to ingest vulnerabilities and policy compliance scan data is required.
  • In depth understanding of Vulnerability Management process.
  • Experience implementing REST API integration with third party tools.
  • Experience with the implementation of workspace analytics dashboard and reporting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow APIs ServiceNow Workflows UI Pages UI Macros Business Scripts Client Scripts UI Scripts UI Actions UI Policies Script Includes Security Rules.
  • Prior experience working on an agile development team.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript PowerShell.
  • Experience with backend SQL Server development is preferred.
  • Excellent collaboration verbal and written communication skills.

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience

The typical base pay range for this role is between $145K - $182K depending on job-related knowledge skills experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
