Position Overview:
The Director responsibilities include: Revenue cycle charge management patient accounts management (clean and thorough registration auditing charge reconciliation charge transfer error corrections contract review denials management and year end process) patient/physician friendly process flow problem identification resolution and education. Responsible over Patient Access to drive the front end process to enhance hospital revenue collection and performance clean registration data and month end. Monitors and evaluates staff performance on all functions in the Admitting Department.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
Industry certifications (Certified Revenue Cycle Executive CRCE Certified Healthcare Access Manager - CHAM etc.) preferred
