Position Summary:
Were hiring two Account Managers to join our growing teamone based in-office in Walterboro and one remote. The ideal candidates will manage client accounts support renewals and claims and help grow our portfolio through exceptional service and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact for clients
Manage renewals policy changes and claims support
Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities
Maintain compliance and documentation standards
Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to agency growth
Qualifications:
13 years in insurance/account management preferred
Active SC P&C License (or able to obtain within 60 days)
Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
Spanish fluency is a plus for Walterboro location
