Job Description
Location: Warsaw (our office is located in the Warsaw Spire building)
Operating model: Hybrid work (2 days a week in Warsaw office)
Type of contract: contract of employment
What this job involves:
We are looking for a Reporting Analyst with German to join our team preferably based in Warsaw. A typical day will involve various tasks related to property management and reporting. Spending time updating the property database and continuously improving overall data quality. Create marketing materials and reports to showcase properties. Manage communications across business lines and external stakeholders. Maintaining online presence on platforms with compliance to data quality goals. Share ideas and suggestions for process improvement.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Updating property data image material equipment features and the associated independent maintenance and continuous improvement of our property database
Creating exposs as well as other marketing materials and reports
Proactively gathering additional information such as property updates floor plans or image material from the owner or landlord as needed
Updating Retail Maps
Coordinating the commissioning of 3D floor plans 360 videos from external stakeholders
Managing and optimizing our online presence accounts on Immobilienscout 24 Immonet Immowelt etc.
Actively supporting the compliance with our quarterly data quality goals
Working in a young team operating nationwide
Contributing to the optimization of existing processes and structures. Bringing in ideas and improvement suggestions is highly encouraged.
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
Completed commercial training and ideally knowledge of the real estate industry (retail office industrial)
Strong affinity for data
Interest in high-street retail
Ideally experienced in working with customers
Excellent MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Organizational skills with high quality standards
Independent and responsible way of working
Required Skills and Experience:
1-2 years of relevant professional and team experience
Very good German language skills and good to very good English language skills both written and spoken
