To compliment this dynamic team we are currently looking for a Business Development Manager DC/POS to join our Advanced solutions team in Settala (MIlano).
Youll be the focal point of contact for vendors and resellers alike responsible for growing market share driving vendor collaboration and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Foster and oversee robust enduring relationships with DC/POS vendors and resellers.
Propel sales performance by identifying and securing new customers while enhancing revenue from current partners .
Act as the main point of contact for vendor relations product updates and sales enablement initiatives.
Prepare and deliver precise quotes and proposals encompassing strategic bids and intricate deals.
Monitor and report on pipeline activities business forecasts and key performance indicators to senior management.
Work collaboratively across product sales and pre-sales teams to provide integrated solutions that align with European growth strategies.
Meet and surpass quarterly sales and profitability objectives within the DC/POS portfolio.
Complete vendor training and certifications to uphold a high standard of technical and commercial knowledge
What You Bring
3 years of experience in business development sales or partner management within the IT or DC/POS industry.
Deep knowledge of DC/POS solutions current trends and value propositions.
Demonstrated capability to manage client relationships and achieve sales objectives.
A self-motivated individual with a commercial focus and a proactive solution-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
Readiness to travel and meet customers on-site as required.
