Our Data Capture & POS (DC/POS) Business Unit delivers technologies that transform how companies manage sales logistics and customer experience helping partners improve efficiency and accelerate digital transformation.

Your Role

As a Business Development Manager DC/POS you will be responsible for driving growth in the DC/POS business by developing strong vendor relationships supporting channel partners and creating go-to-market initiatives.

You will:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share in the DC/POS segment.

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with vendors and align on growth initiatives and sales objectives.

  • Identify recruit and enable new channel partners expanding our presence in the Italian market.

  • Support existing partners with business planning training and promotional activities to accelerate sales.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Presales Marketing Finance) to ensure successful execution of growth strategies.

  • Monitor pipeline forecast and KPIs ensuring achievement of sales targets.

  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to continuously improve our go-to-market approach.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT industry ideally with a focus on DC/POS solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of the Italian IT channel ecosystem including system integrators resellers and vendors.

  • Previous experience with DC/POS technologies and vendors is highly appreciated.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.

  • Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is required.

  • A self-motivated results-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
