Boeing India Next-Gen Data and AI Platform enablement team is looking for a strategic and results-driven Lead Product Manager to lead our Microservices Strategy Cloud Platform Products and Data Marketplace initiatives. In this role you will be responsible for defining the vision strategy and roadmap for these critical areas ensuring that our offerings meet customer needs and drive business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our cloud capabilities and data services.
This role will be based out of Bangalore India.
Position Responsibilities:
- Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a comprehensive vision and strategy for microservices architecture cloud platform products and the data marketplace that aligns with EAID divisions overall objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work very closely with business stakeholders Architecture and product development teams to define product requirements and drive execution.
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap that prioritizes features and initiatives based on customer feedback and business goals.
- Own Product Requirements: Consistently analyze and propose new features and enhancements to current functionalities effectively communicate and prioritize these changes alongside other development priorities and projects. Prepare detailed requirements for each product/feature including acceptance criteria.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates progress and challenges to stakeholders ensuring alignment and support across the organization.
- Agile Methodology: Utilize agile methodologies to manage product development cycles ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet market demands.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights validate product concepts and ensure that our offerings address their needs effectively.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 12 years of product management experience
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on microservices cloud platforms and data marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture & cloud technologies (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud Tanzu Openshift).
- Strong understanding of data management and data monetization strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with SAFe agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. ADO).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Basic UX design experience
- Ability to learn and adopt new tools and processes.
Typical Education & Experience:
- Typically 12-16 years related work experience or Relevant military experience. advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.
