- Annual salary of 28164 (FTE)
- Permanent role
- Full-time (35 hours) part-time and flexible working patterns available
- Liverpool city centre office base hybrid working

The role
The purpose of this job is to provide a high quality effective and tenant focused intensive housing management service to the tenants in Sheltered Housing schemes as directed by the Neighbourhood and Communities Team Leader (Sheltered & Supported).
You will bring a positive approach to your role engaging with our customers in a caring and understanding way ensuring that customers receive the best services possible. You will support with community events signposting to other agencies support with day-to-day queries deal with Housing Management ASB and Lettings.
The right fit
- A working knowledge of supported housing and tenancy management related issues.
- Experience of working effectively with colleagues contractors vulnerable tenants and their families/advocates to deliver high quality housing services.
- Experience of managing safeguarding cases.
- Youll have excellent written and verbal communication skills with people at all levels.
- Solid ICT skills which can be used to provide an effective housing service both operationally and strategically through performance reporting.
- Strong numerical skills and ability to manage budgets/service charges process invoices monitor rent arrear issues and advise tenants or their advocates.
- Ability to liaise effectively and professionally with third parties as necessary.
- A passion for delivery excellent customer service.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
