Join Us as a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to join our team in Croydon. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals on their recovery journey working closely with them to rebuild their confidence skills and connections within their communities. We are looking for someone who can work flexibly and manage multiple tasks at once. You will need to have previous experience of group facilitation.

Full Time Hours:37.5 per week

Full Time Salary Range: 27861.26 - 32002.35 (pro rata for part time)

Allowance: Outer London Weighting 2195.72 (paid pro rata)

Contract:Permanent

* Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator you will be at the heart of our services providing personalised and meaningful support to individuals navigating the criminal justice system and their recovery journey.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing tailored supportguiding individuals from their first contact with us through to their recovery
• Conducting assessments and recovery planningensuring that support is responsive to individual needs
• Facilitating group work and workshopscreating opportunities for peer support and personal development
• Working in partnershipcollaborating with key agencies including courts police probation and other professionals
• Safeguarding and risk managementensuring that all individuals feel safe and supported

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in substance misuse and criminal justice settings
• Is an excellent communicatorboth written and verbalwith strong IT skills
• Has experience facilitating group sessions and working directly with service users
• Is proactive and self-motivatedable to manage a caseload independently while contributing to a team
• Works well with othersbuilding positive relationships with both colleagues and external partners
• Understands the importance of safeguarding and confidentiality ensuring a safe and respectful service environment
