- Develop visual concepts: Brainstorm and execute creative ideas that align with the companys goals and target audience.
- Create marketing materials: Design and produce a variety of materials including social media graphics email campaigns brochures and website layouts.
- Ensure branding consistency: Maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects.
- Adapt designs for various mediums: Tailor visuals for digital platforms print and multimedia projects.
- Collaborate with teams: Work closely with marketing sales and other relevant departments to gather requirements and ensure design effectiveness.
- Maintain industry knowledge: Stay updated on design trends and best practices.
- Utilize design software: Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop InDesign Illustrator) and other relevant tools.
- Meet deadlines: Manage time effectively to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.
- Provide feedback and revisions: Be open to feedback and willing to make necessary revisions to designs.
- Create engaging visual content: Develop walkthroughs explainer videos and other visual content for real estate projects.
