Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team!. This individual will provide hands-on technical support across hardware software and ERP systems. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with experience supporting business-critical applications.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide on-site IT support for end users including desktops laptops printers and network issues
- Troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software systems across departments
- Support business applications including Microsoft Access databases and the Fourth Shift ERP system
- Write and run SQL queries troubleshoot table relationships and assist with reporting
- Assist with user setup system permissions and IT onboarding/offboarding
- Liaise with third-party vendors and consultants as needed
- Monitor system performance and support IT security practices
- Contribute to ongoing IT initiatives and system improvements
Compensation:
Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties and certifications.

Skills/Qualifications:
- or a related technical role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Access SQL and general business application support
- Experience with Fourth Shift ERP or a similar manufacturing ERP platform is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of networking Windows environments and basic system administration
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills
- Background in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus
Location: On-site in Putnam CT
Schedule: Full-time MondayFriday
