DescriptionWALT Labs is a fast-growing Google Cloud partner working with enterprise clients across North America and EMEA. Were hiring an in-office Assistant to support the CEOsomeone whos organized fast and eager to grow.
This is not a glorified scheduling job. Its a hands-on operations and coordination role designed for someone who wants exposure to high-level decision-making sales and strategy. Youll learn by doingand by working directly with the CEO Sales Director and Partner Director.

What Youll Do:
- Manage the CEOs calendar and priorities
- Track follow-ups across sales marketing and delivery
- Support coordination across our Sales and Partner teams
- Prep for meetings events travel and team logistics
- Handle ad hoc requests and operational cleanup
What You Bring:
- Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail
- Confidence without egocan speak up and take feedback
- Clear writing and communication skills
- Comfortable with Google Workspace Slack and docs
Requirements - 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role supporting sales partnerships or marketing teams
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Slides Sheets Calendar Gmail) and familiarity with Slack Jira and Salesforce
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and desire to learn
