As a Senior Digital Merchandising Specialist youll be the driving force behind delivering a highly relevant and personalized shopping experience for customers across every touchpoint. You will leverage insights data-driven strategies and innovative merchandising techniques to create a seamless and engaging user journey. Your role will focus on optimizing product discovery through search recommendation engines and overall site experience ensuring that every interaction drives value and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate thrives on data is passionate about customer-centric innovation and is skilled in both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Youll utilize A/B testing digital analytics and merchandising strategies to drive engagement and maximize sales conversions.
JOB DUTIES:
Execute and Enhance Product Assortment Strategy: Manage the end-to-end e-commerce shopping experience refining site navigation product presentation and messaging to ensure a frictionless user journey.
Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze product promotional and campaign performance to uncover new opportunities that drive engagement and conversion.
Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with Digital Marketing to develop and optimize landing pages that support product campaigns.
Web Analytics & Trend Monitoring: Track and analyze site performance identifying challenges and emerging opportunities to improve usability and product discoverability.
Product Strategy Development: Build and refine cross-sell and up-sell strategies to enhance product discovery and increase average order value.
Product Gap Identification: Assess the product assortment and identify gaps or opportunities to expand the offering.
Supplier Partnership: Work with key suppliers to ensure their products are effectively promoted across the online channel.
Search & Conversion Optimization: Continuously optimize product refiners key specifications and search functionality to improve product visibility and drive higher conversion rates.
Special Projects: Lead or contribute to special projects as assigned.
YOU MUST HAVE
5 years of experience in digital merchandising e-commerce or a related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms
Excellent communication skills with a track record of influencing and driving decision-making across teams
