We are seeking a CRM Analystfor a temporary (6-9 months) in-office role to support the management and optimization of our CRM platform. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with data solving problems and collaborating across teams in a dynamic office environment. The expected duration of this temporary role is 6-9 months. This is an in-office role and relocation will not be offered.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead ongoing management and maintenance of the Nalu CRM platform for patient management
- Ensure system-wide data integrity by validating accuracy correcting errors and maintaining the integrity of reported outputs
- Resolve common user requests such as setting up new user profiles/accounts resetting passwords adding physicians and merging duplicate patient profiles
- Create new territories and care teams ensuring they align with ERP (NetSuite) data
- Procure data requests as requested
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and promote a professional personal and company image
- Support troubleshooting and technical support field calls as needed
QUALIFICATIONS: - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or Business
- Minimum of 3 years successful CRM experience with at least one platform
- Data Analytics experience and willingness to learn
- Understanding of data structures and best practices in business analytics
- Desire to embrace change and uncertainty that comes with high growth organizations
- Ability to problem solve under stress
- Self-starter and self-motivated with strong time management skills with the ability to operate independently
- Ability to communicate effectively amongst multiple teams and team members

- Ability to customize data outputs from a CRM system
- Ability to customize reports for various internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in Microsoft Office
- Welkin experience preferred
